Leopard 2A4, BVP-2, small arms and stories from overseas missions. Students from the Secondary Industrial School and Vocational School Uničov recently visited the 73rd Tank Battalion, and it was clear it was a highly valuable experience for them.
Members of the unit guided them through its history, structure, and cooperation with the Integrated Rescue System and the Police of the Czech Republic. The programme also included an introduction to the weaponry and specialist roles that no unit can function without. The highlight of the visit was a demonstration of armoured vehicles – the students were able to see everything up close and ask any questions they had.
