The students of Moravské Budějovice Gymnasium and Secondary School could visit the 22nd Helicopter Air Force Base in Náměšť nad Oslavou as part of the project “Our Security Cannot Be Taken for Granted” for schools. In addition to the presentation of the base and its tasks and equipment, they had the opportunity to view the fire brigade’s premises, the helicopter maintenance and service hall, the permanent indoor exhibition with the fuselage of the Wellington aircraft, the equipment of the soldiers’ crew, and also a demonstration of outdoor exercises. The project “Our Security Cannot Be Taken for Granted” for schools is supported by the PPF Foundation.
